Nick Corser is an associate attorney, and the newest addition to the Freed Howard team. Nick graduated from Emory University’s joint-degree program in 2016, earning both a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Business Administration. In law school, Nick was an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal and completed the Transactional Law Certificate Program. In business school, Nick maintained concentrations of study in Finance and Strategy, served as the Chief Legal Officer of Goizueta Impact Investors, and traveled to study business practices in Hong Kong and Japan. As a student, Nick spent his summers working “in-house” in the legal departments of a national insurance company and an industry-leading aerospace company.
Nick’s JD/MBA background and corporate experience make him uniquely suited to help businesses (and business people) solve the problems they face every day. Nick has litigation experience representing clients in a wide variety of areas including accounting malpractice, bank fraud, commercial real estate disputes, debt collection, tax and probate matters. Nick also has experience in the transactional realm–drafting commercial leases, vendor agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, SEC filings, debt offerings, non-disclosure agreements, and organizational documents for corporations and LLCs.
Nick is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He loves to travel and has a fondness for bad sports teams.
